In 2014, Lorena Julio dreamed of creating a platform that would use the new technology so that blind persons could access education. Sebastián Flores was a major advocate from his technical and creative capacity, to make the dream come true.

Co-Founder and President
Lorena is a human rights advocate. She holds a Master of Compared Public Politics and a Bachelor of Social Communication. She has worked on promoting and protecting human rights in Latin American and the United States for the last seventeen years.
She worked for the Government of Argentina as the head of press in the Secretariat of Human Rights in the Province of Buenos Aires, as well as in the Coordination Team of the Aid Program for Vulnerable Groups.
At the international level, Lorena worked on the Organization of American States (OAS) as a Program Official of the Young Americas Forum as part of the Presidents Summit. Then, she assumed functions as a communication official in the Young American Business Trust, also leading youth networks of the Forum.
In 2015, Lorena founded Fundación Comparlante in Argentina aiming at reducing the gap in the access to education and information for persons with visual disability. Currently, Comparlante promotes equality through universal accessibility.
In 2016, she trained on entrepreneurship in Israel with the help of a scholarship of the Israeli Agency for International Development Cooperation MASHAV. In 2018, she trained in leadership in Kanthari, India, for 12 months. In 2019, she was an intern in an entrepreneurship program at Silicon Valley.
In 2020, she joined the global movement Jai Jagat representing Latin America. She took part in a march from India to Armenia in the context of the 150th Anniversary Birth of Mahatma Gandhi holding the flags of no discrimination and no violence.
Lorena is the Coordinator of the Series Inclusion vs Equity edited by Serial Editorial. This series has two releases: “Reconsidering exclusion in Latin America” (2021), and “Questioning privileges that deepen inequities” (2022).

Sebastian is an agent of change with visual disability graduated in Diplomacy and International Affairs. Sebastián has developed his professional education focused on Diplomacy, International Politics, Right, democracy and citizen participation, information and communication technology as part of E-government and Digital Diplomacy. He is a young model in the global process of sustainable development, humanitarian issues from migration and human mobility, human rights, up to queries about accessibility and equality for persons with disabilities nationally, locally, and internationally. Sebastian´s activity as a young leader has led him to fill key positions in projects with social impact hand in hand with international organizations such as the UN, OAS and networks to defend youth worldwide. Sebastián is a lecturer, motivator, and mentor of TEDx, a role that is combined with his work as a delegate in international summits and as a co-founder of Comparlante.
